Returns & Refunds
If your NORTHFIELD piece doesn’t fit or doesn’t feel right, we’ll take it back. No questions, no restocking fees.
The 30-day window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
How to return
- Email returns@shop.openinearn.net with your order number and which items you’d like to return.
- We’ll send you a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label within 24 hours.
- Pack the items in their original box (or any sturdy box), affix the label, and drop off at any USPS or UPS location.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Easiest path is to start a return for the original and place a new order for the size you want — that way you don’t risk your size selling out while waiting for the exchange.
Final sale
Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to most clearance items and is clearly noted on the product page.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or it’s not what you ordered, email us within 7 days at support@shop.openinearn.net with photos and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
