NORTHFIELD respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
What we collect
- Order info: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, payment details (processed by Stripe and PayPal — we never store full card numbers).
- Account info: if you create an account, we save your email, password (hashed), and order history.
- Behavioral: pages visited, products viewed, items added to cart, via cookies and analytics tools.
- Communications: any emails or messages you send us.
How we use it
- To process your orders and ship your products.
- To provide customer support.
- To send marketing emails you’ve opted into (you can unsubscribe any time).
- To improve our products and store experience based on aggregated, de-identified analytics.
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
Who we share with
We share data only with service providers we need to operate the store: Stripe and PayPal (payments), Klaviyo (email marketing), Google Analytics 4 (analytics), USPS / UPS / FedEx (shipping), our cloud host. We never sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing email at any time. Email privacy@shop.openinearn.net.
