What we do

• Use semantic HTML so screen readers can interpret pages correctly.
• Provide alt text on product images and other meaningful imagery.
• Maintain text contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA thresholds.
• Ensure all interactive elements (buttons, links, forms) are keyboard navigable.
• Test with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) on key flows: browsing, product detail, checkout.

Limitations & ongoing work

Some third-party content (embedded videos, external review widgets) may not always meet AA. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us — we treat accessibility issues with the same urgency as broken checkout.
